We welcome honest reviews at every star rating. Reviews are evaluated under the same neutral content standards. Submissions containing knowingly false factual statements, fabricated experiences, or deliberate misrepresentations may be withheld or removed after a good-faith review. Critical opinions and low ratings are not removed merely because they are unfavorable.
Who may submit
Reviews must reflect a genuine firsthand experience with Heavenly Green Landscaping & Lawn Services. Reviewers should disclose any family, employment, financial, or other material relationship with the business.
What may be withheld
We may withhold or remove content that is fake, spam, advertising, duplicated, unrelated to our business, submitted without firsthand experience, or impossible to verify after reasonable follow-up. We may also withhold unlawful threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, obscenity, private personal information, impersonation, conflicts of interest that are not disclosed, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
What is not a reason to withhold
A low star rating, criticism, disagreement with the business, or an unfavorable opinion is not by itself a reason to withhold a genuine review. We do not require customers to write positive reviews and do not condition incentives on positive sentiment.
Editing and replies
We may make limited formatting or privacy corrections without changing a reviewer’s meaning. Published reviews show only the first name and last initial. The business may post a respectful public reply. Reviewers may contact us to request a correction or removal.
Timing
Reviews are checked for authenticity, consent, privacy, and policy compliance, so they may take time to appear. Submission does not guarantee publication.
